So, like, I'm trying out this new journal skin thing. I think I like the idea, but I almost feel dirty using someone else's skins....I really want to learn how to write CSS properly. I've seen tons of tutorials online, but there's just so much, ugh.... I'm sure it's qite easy once you get it down.

I've gotten the opportunity to do a t-shirt design for a friend of mine's company. My first t-shirt thing. I have no idea what I'm getting into. I've never done a t-shirt design before. Any tips? Eh, I'm so overwhelmed with work right now, so much to do...

Trying to make time for everything; I feel bad because I know Skippy is probably going nuts watching me pull my hair out over plastic cupcakes and whatnot, and I feel bad for not spending much time with him :( And the one time we made plans and set a date to spend the day out at a nature reserve, we drove a zillion miles only to find that we didn't bring bug spray and were immediately eaten alive by flys and mosquitoes. We had to go back and re-route our plans because the nearest gas station was 10 miles in either direction. *sigh* And so we will try again next week. I feel like an ass hole because I've been so preoccupied lately, but I have no choice. I'm trying to do everything I can to bring money into the household, thus piling mass amounts of projects on my plate in hope of a lucky break somewhere. I can't wait for my vacation in a week and a half. Some piece and quiet. At least some time to do something other than work.

I'm sort of sad that I'm leaving my house. I was starting to like this place, tho I'm not diggin the suburbia lifestyle. I miss the country, or at least a space larger than 6 feet between houses.

I'm off to bed now. I'm exhausted. Pointless journal, I know.
